Shipping

Orders are packed in Founex (Vaud) and usually dispatched within 2 working days. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Deliveries outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties and VAT charged by the destination country; these are paid by the recipient on delivery. We cannot ship to PO boxes. (REVIEW rates before launch)

Returns and exchanges

We want you to love what you wear to practise. If something is not right, you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange:

1. Email info@nadinegravesyoga.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We will reply within one working day with the return address and a return label if you are in Switzerland.
3. Send the items back unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
4. Once received and checked, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 working days. Original shipping costs are not refunded, except when the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

For hygiene reasons, bras and socks can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
