Welcome to Nadine Graves Yoga. By using this website, booking a class or session, joining a retreat or ordering from the shop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Who we are

Nadine Graves Yoga is a registered sole-proprietor business based in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. Business address: Chemin des Fancous 4, 1297 Founex, Switzerland. Email: info@nadinegravesyoga.com

Nadine Graves Yoga provides group and private yoga and Pilates instruction, corporate wellness programmes, retreats and workshops, online classes, and sells apparel and accessories through this website.

2. Eligibility and health

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Physical exercise, including yoga and Pilates, carries inherent risks. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or have a pre-existing condition, and tell your instructor about anything that may affect your practice.

3. Group classes at partner studios

Group classes are offered through partner studios (currently Form Studio and Be.Pilates). Bookings, payments, memberships, cancellations, refunds and late-arrival rules for those classes are governed exclusively by each studio's own terms and booking platform (for example bsport). Nadine Graves Yoga is not a party to those bookings.

4. Private sessions, corporate classes and online sessions

• Booking. Sessions are confirmed by email once the date, location and price have been agreed. Packages (for example five or ten sessions) are valid for six months from the first session unless agreed otherwise. (REVIEW)
• Payment. Invoices are payable in Swiss francs (CHF) by bank transfer, TWINT or card before the first session, or as agreed in writing for corporate programmes.
• Cancellation. Private sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are charged in full (or forfeit one session from a package).
• Late arrival. The session ends at the scheduled time. If Nadine is late, the time is made up.
• Instructor cancellation. If Nadine must cancel, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

5. Retreats and workshops

Places are confirmed on receipt of a deposit (or full payment, depending on the event). Unless stated otherwise in the retreat description, deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the start date, and the balance is non-refundable within 14 days of the start date; you may transfer your place to another person with prior agreement. Workshops may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before the event. If a retreat is cancelled by Nadine Graves Yoga, all amounts paid are refunded in full. Travel, insurance and visas are the participant's responsibility and travel insurance is strongly recommended. (REVIEW)

6. Online shop

• Orders. An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock shortage, pricing error or suspected fraud; any payment made will be refunded.
• Prices. Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). Swiss VAT is included where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. For deliveries outside Switzerland, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
• Payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (cards, TWINT, Apple Pay and Google Pay). We never see or store your card details.
• Delivery. See the Shipping & returns page for zones and delivery times. Risk passes to you on delivery.
• Returns. Unworn items with their original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as described in the Shipping & returns policy. Hygiene items such as bras and socks can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact. (REVIEW)
• Warranty. The statutory warranty for defects under Swiss law applies. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace or refund it.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Nadine Graves Yoga and Nadine Graves are not liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from your participation in classes, sessions, retreats or online content. Participation is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photographs, videos, sequences, designs and the Nadine Graves Yoga name — is owned by Nadine Graves Yoga or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Class recordings are for personal use only.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of the canton of Vaud, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. Consumers resident in the EU may also rely on the mandatory provisions of their country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page.
