What we work on

Calm, strength and a body that feels like yours.

  • Breathing and relaxation
  • Deep core and pelvic floor awareness
  • Posture and a comfortable back as your body changes
  • Gentle strength for legs, hips and arms
  • Mobility and stretching
  • Rebuilding strength after birth, step by step

Before you start

Check with your doctor or midwife before you start, and tell me how far along you are or when you gave birth. After birth, we begin once you have had your postnatal check-up and been given the go-ahead.

Good to know

Pregnancy and postnatal: your questions.

When can I start Pilates during pregnancy?
Whenever you and your doctor or midwife feel it is right. If you already practise, we usually continue with adaptations; if you are new to Pilates or yoga, we start gently and build up.
Is the Reformer suitable during pregnancy?
The Reformer Pre / Post-Natal class at Form Studio is designed for it: the springs support you and every exercise has an adapted option for each stage. If you have a medical condition or a complication, ask your doctor or midwife first.
How soon after birth can I come back?
Once you have had your postnatal check-up and your doctor or midwife has given you the go-ahead, usually six to eight weeks after birth, sometimes later after a caesarean.
Can you come to my home?
Yes. Private sessions take place at your home in Geneva or on La Côte, at a time that suits you and your baby. Book online or send me a message with your due date or your baby's age.
Do you teach in French?
Yes. Private sessions can be entirely in French; group classes are taught in English with French cues.

Prefer one-to-one?

Private sessions, wherever you are.

At home, in your office or at your hotel — tailored to your body and your schedule, in English or French.
