Nadine Graves Yoga

Corporate wellness · Geneva — Yoga and Pilates your team will look forward to.

Weekly classes in your office, lunch-break resets and wellness workshops for banks, international organisations and start-ups in Geneva, taught in English or French and designed for people who spend their days at a desk.

Teams I have taught: Pictet · JTI · Lombard Odier · WTO · Startup Genome · Berger, van Berchem & Cie

Formats

From a weekly class to a full wellness day.

01

Weekly classes

A standing lunch-break or after-work class in your office or a nearby studio: Mat Pilates, Hatha yoga or a calming stretch-and-breathe session. The same group every week, so progress shows.

02

Workshops & wellness days

Posture at the desk, breathing for stress, mobility for people who sit all day. Sixty-minute formats that slot into a company agenda, a wellness week or an off-site.

03

Online for hybrid teams

Live classes streamed to teams across offices and home desks, with the recording available for a week afterwards.

04

Retreat days & off-sites

A morning of movement before a strategy session, or a wellness weekend for your team: tell me the dates and the group and I will put together a programme.

Why teams keep coming back

Simple to organise, easy to join.

Made for desk days

Every class works on what sitting all day does to the body: neck, shoulders, lower back and hips.

All levels, no kit

Beginners are welcome: every exercise has options, and comfortable clothes are enough.

English or French

Classes in either language, or a mix of both for international teams.

How it works

Three steps to your first class.

  1. Step 1

    Tell me about your team

Group size, space, schedule and what you would like people to feel afterwards.

  2. Step 2

    Receive a proposal

A format, a frequency and a price, usually within one working day.

  3. Step 3

    Roll out the mats

We start, gather feedback and adjust the programme as the team progresses.

Kind words

What teams say.

I participated to several virtual yoga classes from different teachers and Nadine was one of the best! The routine benefits both your mind and body as it includes breathing, stretching, strength and relaxation. I felt extremely well doing it and even better afterwards. My regular attendance to her Hatha Yoga classes helped me to improve on various aspects such as flexibility, arms, shoulders and thigh strength.
Maylis C. · Pictet
I warmly recommend Nadine for anyone who wants to learn and/or practice yoga. She pays attention to your overall health condition before starting the class and she adapts easily to your need whether you're looking for a more relaxing or energizing session. I always feel better after the session and it helps to decrease the stress level in general.
Louise D. · JTI – Japan Tobacco International
Nadine is an excellent yoga teacher, very professional and caring. Practices are energetic and relaxing depending on the class mood and needs. Namasté.
Rob F. · World Trade Organization
Nadine is hands down one of the best yoga teachers I ever worked with. Not only do her trainings combine the perfect mix of strength and relaxation, but I absolutely love the tone of her voice which is so soothing and just wonderful to listen to.
Patricia R. · Startup Genome
Disponible, précise, douce, à l'écoute de ses élèves et des cours sont très variés. Un bien-être assuré à chaque fin de cours. Je ne peux que la recommander. Merci Nadine !
Liliana L. · Banque Lombard Odier & Cie
Très à l'écoute, Nadine utilise son intuition et ses connaissances au service de ses élèves. Sa grande douceur, sa capacité d'adaptation lui permettent de transmettre un enseignement équilibré. Merci Nadine !
Dominique F. · Berger, van Berchem & Cie

Good to know

Corporate classes: your questions.

Where do the classes take place?
In your offices, at a venue of your choice or in a nearby studio, and online for hybrid teams. Tell me about the space and I will tell you what works best.
Do participants need experience or equipment?
No. Classes are designed for mixed levels, with an option for every exercise. Comfortable clothes are enough; we agree on mats and props before the first session.
Which language are classes taught in?
English or French, or a mix of both for international teams.
How much does a corporate programme cost?
It depends on the format, the group size, the frequency and the location. Send a few details through the form and I will reply within one working day with a proposal.
Which areas do you cover?
Geneva and the Lac Léman region, including Nyon and La Côte, as well as Zurich. Online classes work anywhere.
Can you run a one-off workshop?
Yes. Sixty-minute workshops on posture at the desk, breathing for stress or mobility work well on their own or as part of a wellness week.
